Service Level Agreement

CyberlinkASP has not exceeded 4 hours of down-time in over 5 years.

Service Level Availability

• Guaranteed up-time per year availability of servers 99.99%
• CyberlinkASP guarantees 99.99% up-time over a period of one year scheduled availability of its servers
• For each hour server availability falls below the guaranteed 99.99% up-time, CyberlinkASP will credit your account
• If credit allowance is met, customer reserves the right to cancel all contractual obligations without penalty

Not included in server up-time

• Server is unavailable due to factors beyond our control
• Server is unavailable due to interruption of service at customer’s facility
• 2 hours per month of routine maintenance, done after hours or on weekends (CyberlinkASP will give you 24 hours notice)
• Immediate maintenance needed to address security threats, potential loss of data, or depletion of network integrity
